Hannah on the Beach 2019
Hannah and I can do anything together, so when I told her I wanted to try my hand at 60s makeup to go with the mini dress I’d borrowed from Cotillion Bureau (of course) she was 100% game for it. Working as slowly and as carefully as I probably ever have (I’m one to just throw some glitter on a model, fluff their brows and call it a day) I created a dramatic lid, white freckles and an orange lip to compliment the era mixed accessories we had to showcase. Shooting at sunset with a portable speaker blasting Glen Miller Orchestra also helped set the mood for stepping back in time, tripping over sand lounging in the long light.
