Julia on Horseback 2019
It only took about 3 years of shooting to coordinate a stylized shoot with my boyfriend’s younger sister. Even better when it finally happened, she agreed to rock a glamorous cowgirl get up and ride the first horse I’ve gotten to pose for my camera. On the hottest night of the summer (97 degrees) we met at her horse barn and I watched her groom the horse she’s been riding for over four years. The glimmering gold blouse is a vintage find I’ve been hoarding for years waiting until the right time, and it glowed in the setting sun. The white garments in this shoot and the accessories are styled from Cotillion Bureau. Thank you for being a badass, Julia.
