… And in the city, early winter 2017. These, in many ways imperfect photos, taken after dark, made me see my photography in a new way. They weren’t perfect but I loved them. I loved the impulsiveness and movement of the pictures, and I began to fully realize it doesn’t have to be crisp, clean and bright to say something.
